Deutsche Valuations typically delivers commercial property appraisal within two-four weeks of engagement. All narrative reports can be translated into Spanish, at an additional fee. We offer you commercial appraisals at competitive fees!
For residential report (home appraisals) the turn-around time is three business days.
The payment is required at the property inspection for residential appraisal services.
We cover the following counties: Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe(Florida Keys) counties. Regular service to additional counties will be added in the near future.
